You will apply online to participate in the Returning Student Online Room Selection process. Keep an eye out for updates to the Residence Life website at www.njit.edu/reslife.
The parking spaces in the Maple Hall parking deck may be used by any NJIT student, faculty and staff member who has a hang tag for the specific semester.
You will be able to select your room during the room selection process. If you apply for housing after the process is completed we will assign single rooms based on availability.
You will be able to use your scholarship in Maple Hall. Be mindful of the type of room you select as this will determine if you need to pay out of pocket if your scholarship does not cover the full amount. Please check with the office offering you the scholarship as they may not cover the full amount of the room.

College personnel shall not be required to provide care or food for any emotional support animal including, but not limited to, removing the animal during an emergency evacuation. Emergency personnel will determine whether to remove the animal and may not be held responsible for care, damage to, or loss of the animal.
Yes, there is high speed Wifi in the building provided by LuxSpeed. Each room will have one wired connection with 1 Gigabyte of speed. Wifi is included in the price of the apartment.
If you only want a room in Maple Hall you should not participate in room selection. If you apply for housing and participate in room selection you will need to be open to selecting a room in any of the residence halls. If you only want Maple Hall you may contact reslife@njit.edu after room selection ends to see if there are still spaces available.
